Model Terms & Conditions

 

  1. A minimum of 2 sessions are required to complete a procedure.

  2. Prices are charged per session. Retouches/Top-ups are NOT included in the model rates.  Payment is required upon booking and may be paid online. Receipt of payment is verification that full information has been provided regarding these terms and conditions.  Prices are correct at the time of pressing the button. Prices are subject to change without written notice.  All prices are inclusive of VAT. 

  3. Please note consultations are not available prior to treatment. 

  4. In the event that we are unable to perform a treatment due to incorrect/insufficient information being provided, we reserve the right to withhold any monies paid. Please ensure you give correct and honest information when prompted.

  5. It is your responsibility to ensure you are a suitable candidate for Permanent Makeup before booking and securing an appointment for a treatment.  

  6. Minors are not permitted on the premises due to insurance reasons.  There are no childcare facilities at the premises, please do not bring children to any of your appointments.

  7. There are no waiting facilities. Please attend your appointments alone.  

  8. We are unable to perform any enhancements on minors.  The minimum age for treatment is 18.

  9. Please note that we are relying on your attendance and timekeeping. Appointments not attended (wasted) or canceled with less than the required notice will result in the loss of any deposit/monies paid and you will NOT be invited to attend as a model again. 

  10. We retain the right to refuse service/further services to those who refuse to pay any wasted appointment or cancellation fees.  

  11. Please note that canceled appointments will only be recognised with written confirmation via email at renatap.pmu@gmail.com, via the contact form on this website, or by calling on 075 6404 5101, you may leave a  voicemail or send a text message.  Messages sent via social media sites including but not limited to, Facebook, What’sApp, or Instagram are not considered appropriate ways of canceling appointments as they are not always checked regularly.  

  12. Refunds will only be given if at least 48 hours' notice is provided.
